The Cuyahoga County Engineer's Office and the Office of Procurement and Diversity is canceling its request for bids for the replacement of Austin Powder Drive Bridge No. 137 over a branch of Tinker's Creek in the Village of GLENWILLOW, Requisition #11537 advertised in the Cleveland Plain Dealer on April 28, 2008.
