Request For Pre-Proposals (RFP)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, under the date of January 5, 2006, that sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, until 4:00 P.M. (local time), on February 8, 2006 for the provision of right-of- way services required by the Cuyahoga County Engineer's Office in connection with the grading, draining, paving, widening, and realignment of the Cook Road/Stearns Road Intersection  from approximately 0.2 miles south of the Cook Road to Interstate 480 in Olmsted Township and the City of North Olmsted

Any proposal received after the closing date will be returned unopened to the respondent. One firm (1) will be hired for this this right-of-way  services contract. Information regarding the preparation of Proposals is available from the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The right is reserved to accept any Proposals, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive formalities should it be deemed to be in the best interests of the Cuyahoga County Engineer.

 

NOTE: These firms are not eligible to serve as the prime consultants for this contract.
