Request For Pre-Proposals (RFP)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, under date of October 18, 2007, that sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 until 4:00 P.M. (local time) on December 6, 2007 for the provision of construction testing services required by the Cuyahoga County Engineer’s Office for various county road and bridge projects.

Any proposal received after the closing date will be returned unopened to the respondent. One (1) firm will be hired for this construction testing services contract. Information regarding the preparation of Proposals is available from the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. or on our website (www.cuyctyengineers.org). The right is reserved to accept any Proposals, to reject any or all Proposals and to waive formalities should it be deemed to be in the best interests of the Cuyahoga County Engineer.

NOTE: These firms are not eligible to serve as the prime consultants for this construction testing services contract (2007).
