The improvement of Stumph Road from Snow Road to Pearl Road in the Cities of Parma and Parma Heights and the improvement of Pleasant Valley Road from Broadview Road to Brecksville Road in the Cities of Independence and Seven HillsRequest For Pre-Proposals (RFP)Notice is hereby given in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, under date of July 31, 2008, that sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 until 4:00 P.M. (local time) on August 20, 2008 for the provision of professional engineering services required by the Cuyahoga County Engineer’s Office for the improvement of Stumph Road from Snow Road to Pearl Road in the Cities of Parma and Parma Heights and the improvement of Pleasant Valley Road from Broadview Road to Brecksville Road in the Cities of Independence and Seven Hills. Any proposal received after the closing date will be returned unopened to the respondent. Two (2) firms will be hired. One (1) firm will be selected for each project. Information regarding the preparation of Proposals is available from the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M or on our website (www.cuyctyengineers.org). The right is reserved to accept any Proposals, to reject any or all Proposals and to waive formalities should it be deemed to be in the best interests of the Cuyahoga County Engineer.
NOTE: These firms are not eligible to serve as the prime consultant for this contract.
