Request For Pre-Proposals (RFP)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with a resolution adopted on February 3, 2005 by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, until 4:00 P.M. (local time), on April 20,  2005 for the provision of  right-of-way appraisal review services required by the the Cuyahoga County Engineers Office in connection with the grading,  draining, and paving of Eastland Road from Airport Freeway (SR-237) to Bagley Road, including the replacement of Eastland Road Bridge No. 27 and the replacement of the grade separation for the Conrail Railroad in the Cities of Berea, Brookpark, and Middleburgh Heights.

Any proposal received after the closing date will be returned unopened to the respondent. One firm (1) will be hired for this right of way appraisal review services contract. Information regarding the preparation of Proposals is available from the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The right is reserved to accept any Proposals, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive formalities should it be deemed to be in the best interests of the Cuyahoga County Engineer.

 

NOTE: These firms are not eligible to serve as the prime consultant for this contract.
