Notice is hereby given in accordance with a resolution adopted on June 1, 2005 by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, until 4:00 P.M. (local time), on October 19, 2005 for the provision of construction testing services required by the Cuyahoga County Engineer's Office for various county road and bridge projects.                                                               

Any proposal received after the closing date will be returned unopened to the respondent. One firm (1) will be hired for this construction testing services contract. Information regarding the preparation of Proposals is available from the Administrative Office of the Cuyahoga County Engineer, 2100 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The right is reserved to accept any Proposals, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive formalities should it be deemed to be in the best interests of the Cuyahoga County Engineer.
